About Brien Lee

Brien Lee is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Pickleball Professional through the PPR. He serves as a consultant for top players on the PPA, MLP, and APP Tours, providing expert care to optimize performance and keep them at their best.

With a unique background as a physical therapist for Broadway shows on national tours, including Hamilton, Mean Girls, and An American in Paris, Brien brings extensive experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation. He is also the host of The Healthy Pickleballer Podcast, where he shares insights on health, performance, and the pickleball community.

As a passionate and competitive pickleball player, Brien combines his expertise and love for the game to help players recover, prevent injuries, and elevate their performance on the court.

Involvement with the Game

In addition to being a physical therapist and health performance coach, Brien is also deeply involved in the pickleball community through his competitive play, coaching, and support of charitable events that highlight the positive impact of the sport.

Brien is a competitive pickleball player who actively participates in tournaments, constantly striving to improve his game. His experience as a player gives him a unique understanding of the sport, which he uses to help others enhance their performance on the court.

Brien is a Level 1 Certified Professional through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), the highest coaching certification offered by the organization. This certification enables him to provide expert coaching to players of all levels, helping them improve their skills and enjoy the game with confidence.

Brien is co-host to an annual pickleball tournament that supports breast cancer rehabilitation through Turning Point. This event brings the community together to raise awareness and funds, reflecting his passion for using the sport to make a meaningful impact.
