Pickleball-Specific Training

Pickleball-specific training focuses on developing the key movement patterns and positions required for the sport. It strengthens the body’s ability to perform dynamic, explosive movements while improving mobility to support quick transitions and sustained court coverage. By addressing the specific demands of pickleball, this training ensures your body is resilient, prepared, and capable of handling the challenges of the game

Expert Guidance means you’ll be working directly with Brien, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized knowledge in pickleball and sports performance. With his expertise, you’ll receive personalized coaching, tailored advice, and precise techniques to improve your movement, prevent injury, and enhance your overall performance. Brien will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you stay on track and achieve your goals with confidence.

Pickleball Prehab

Pickleball Prehab is a proactive approach to preparing your body for the demands of the game. It focuses on improving mobility, addressing areas prone to overuse, and building strength and resilience to prevent injuries before they happen. By understanding the common injuries in pickleball and targeting those risk areas, this approach keeps you confident, healthy, and ready to play your best for years to come.

"Brien worked with me with two goals in mind - 1) get me past the pickleball elbow and 2) to prepare my body better so that I could play pickleball six hours a day with low risk of injury. Brien worked with me to strengthen the muscles around the elbow and quickly the pain became less and less. Then work on goal #2 was mostly around setting me up for long term for success. Lots of pickleball specific exercises and work to ensure my kinetic chain was being engaged correctly (my shoulder movements needed a lot of work).
